In Am I Wrong though, we also should work on intonation with the chords and staying together in the chords as well as the melody. No matter what happens, the people playing the chords and the melody should stay with the singer since the singer is the center of attention for the people in the audience. I then looked it up on YouTube and am now listening to it. It is hard to lean it by ear personally but, It is slowly getting better. To learn something it has to be right in front of me. learning it by ear is a lot harder and I'm still lost and don't completely know it. I don't Know almost all of the notes and unless they are right in front of me I probably won't learn them. I don't know any specific effects except not rely learning it. When you learn something by ear, you learn it with the other people in the ensemble and can connect the parts like pieces of a puzzle. Also, we can change the piece however we like by possibly giving it a unique sound and changing some of the articulations. But learning music by ear is a cool skill to learn and i hope that i get better at it this year because i wasn't the best at it last year. I think that when you learn things by ear, you have to work a little harder than you normally do when you are working on a piece of music.
